I’ve used Everette Carpet Care twice at my rental property. The first time was to stretch the carpet, and they did a great job for a fair price. Jamal showed up on time, explained the process, and got the work done quickly.
I then had him come back to clean the carpets in my basement. I called him yesterday and he was able to come out today without any issue. He did a fantastic job, and got out all the stains (of which there were many), and the price was very reasonable! They are very professional, hard working, and provide great customer service.

We recently purchased our home and needed the carpets throughout deep cleaned and some carpets stretched. Jamal, Donovan and Quincy arrived on time and walked the property with me thoroughly inspecting the carpets. Our master bedroom had two particularly tough stains to remove. Jamal tried several different techniques all of which helped but the carpet was just too far gone. To our surprise the company policy is “if they can’t clean the carpet-they’ll install them for free!” We now have beautiful new carpet!
