We recently purchased our home and needed the carpets throughout deep cleaned and some carpets stretched. Jamal, Donovan and Quincy arrived on time and walked the property with me thoroughly inspecting the carpets. Our master bedroom had two particularly tough stains to remove. Jamal tried several different techniques all of which helped but the carpet was just too far gone. To our surprise the company policy is “if they can’t clean the carpet-they’ll install them for free!” We now have beautiful new carpet!

Everette did an excellent job on our four bedrooms and hallways. The carpets were in good condition but looked even better when Jamal finished up. They did take longer than the 4 hours Jamal said they would take to dry out more like six or seven hours but they were walkable prior to being fully dry. I will call them again.

This business is PERFECT for fixing damage to an Apartment carpet!! I had animal tears and damage to my carpet next to my bedroom door. My Apartment told me they would have to replace my WHOLE carpet for 4 inches worth of damage. These guys were phenomenal and did such an AMAZING job! Thank you so much!
