Carpet Repair & Stretching

We called Everette Carpet Care & Restoration and about carpet stretching for a room that had developed rolls or lumps in the carpet. They were able to come the very next day and gave us a very fair quote. After stretching the carpet and doing a beautiful job they asked about carpet steam cleaning. We asked for an estimate and when they would be able to come back to do it. Again they gave us a very fair estimate and were able to do the cleaning right away. We were extremely thrilled w/ the work they did. They were very professional & pleasant. They did a beautiful job. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anybody else. Five stars, would highly recommend.

Following water damage, I hired Jamal to lay in new padding and to restretch and install the impacted carpet. He and Ty worked tirelessly to get the job completed and they did it amazingly where I couldn’t even tell their had ever been a problem. Ow one typically expects this to be the case when hiring a professional. However what really blew me away was that a couple of months later, one seam opened up slightly. I called Jamal and without a hesitation, he offered to come right out as he stands behind his work and wants very satisfied customers. And that he did! Our lab puppy recently chewed a hole in a new 8x10 wool area rug. Many tears later (this rug was basically brand new, fairly expensive, and took many months to receive thanks to Covid and supply chain issues), I found Jamal's business online. He and his son Quincy came and picked up my rug, cut off the damaged part, re-serged the entire length, and had it back in my living room one week later. I honestly couldn't tell the difference, their work is that good. I hope to never have to use them again, but if so, I'll call them back in a heartbeat.

I have two cats and they had destroyed the carpet outside my bathroom door, and on one of the steps leading upstairs. I was extremely worried about this so I turned to a company to repair it. I got a quote over the phone for a repair and they sent someone at as soon as possible. Jamal was kind and professional the entire time, he worked quickly but it didn’t hinder his performance on the job. The job itself is absolutely incredible, you can’t tell there were ever holes there, and the patch he did to the carpet in the closet from having to take some of the carpet was just as amazing! Somehow, he found the EXACT match of my carpet color, despite the fact that I was warned it may not match exactly, this was an absolutely perfect match and it blends into the carpet extremely well! If I ever need carpet repair services again, I will be doing business with this company again, and I’ll be recommending them to my parents as well!
