The firm accommodated my scheduling limitations in spite of a serious equipment failure. Both Ms. Jones and Mr. Jones were professional, thorough, and personable and responsive. Most important, the outcome was better than I expected. The firm carefully tested each carpet and furniture upholstery to be cleaned for content and the potential for safe cleaning.
